Dan Typaldos earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Kansas State University in 2005.  Afterwards, he moved to Dallas to pursue further education and training in the profession of architecture.

Nearly two decades later, Dan has worked in a variety of talented offices that have shaped and refined his abilities as an architect.  His work in all aspects of design, documentation, and construction administration has afforded him broad professional experience.  In particular, the detail and intimate scale of residential design appealed to him and set him on a path to found Align Architects.

Dan is a team player and enjoys working with new people and projects.  He values each new collaboration for the unique opportunities they present.  He considers it a privilege to help his clients realize their dreams and accomplish their design goals.

After the work day, Dan is a family man that enjoys relaxing at home with his wife, two sons and two poodle-mix dogs.  Good food and travel are his passions, as well as spending time outdoors.
